John M. Waldron is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth (B.A., cum laude, 2009) and New England Law | Boston (J.D., magna cum laude, 2012). While in law school, he served as an editor for the New England Law Review and received the CALI Excellence Award for Insurance Law.

Prior to joining Foster & Eldridge, LLP, John practiced with a civil litigation defense firm in Boston, Massachusetts, where he focused his practice on representing clients in general liability, premises liability, and civil rights claims.

Mr. Waldron has been published by the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, including the article, 'SJC Applies Significant Limitations in Adopting Modified Version of the Continuing Treatment Doctrine.'

Since 2017, Mr. Waldron has been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star attorney.

Mr. Waldron was recognized by Best Lawyers in 2023 as 'Ones to Watch.'
