David M. Aleksic is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Classics. Thereafter, David received his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston and a Master of Arts in Classics from Boston University, where he was awarded the school’s prestigious Presidential Scholarship.
Prior to joining Foster & Eldridge, Mr. Aleksic was employed as an Attorney Analyst at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston, where he was an integral part of the prosecution team responsible for the successful string of convictions associated with the Varsity Blues matter, in addition to working on other high-profile white-collar investigations.
Before that, he practiced at a mid-sized civil litigation firm in Boston’s Back Bay, focusing on the defense of antitrust, personal injury, and product liability matters. As a solo practitioner, he successfully represented clients in construction negligence and insurance coverage matters.
For several years, David has served as pro bono corporate counsel for the international U.S.-based non-profit Doctors Collaborating to Help Children, which provides no-cost medical treatment to burn victims in several Eastern European countries.
