Dakota A. Smythe is a graduate of Roger Williams University (B.A. 2014) and Western New England School of Law (J.D. 2017). During law school, she served as Secretary on the Student Bar Association and received CALI Excellence Awards for MA Practice and Procedure, Electronic Discovery, and Law Office Management.

Prior to working at Foster & Eldridge, LLP, Dakota worked at a personal injury firm in Providence, Rhode Island, where she represented clients in general liability, premises liability, and auto liability claims.
