Bridget M. Ruboy is a graduate of Roanoke College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in American Politics and a Concentration in Legal Studies.
Thereafter, she received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, where she concentrated her studies in Health & Biomedical Law. While at Suffolk University Law School, Bridget served as Chief Symposium Editor for the Journal of Health & Biomedical Law and was a Rule 3:03 Student Practitioner in Suffolk’s Health Law Clinic.
She was also named to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court's Pro Bono Honor Roll for her work with the Executive Office of Health and Human Services.
Prior to joining Foster & Eldridge, LLP, Ms. Ruboy was an attorney for a surrogacy agency where she guided clients through the legal aspects of contracting with egg donors and surrogates, while overseeing the establishment of her clients’ parental rights.
Prior to her work in the Assisted Reproductive Technology industry, Bridget worked for two regional insurance defense firms where she handled general liability, premises liability, workers' compensation, and healthcare fraud claims.
Her current practice focuses on the representation of medical professionals in the defense of professional liability litigation and before licensing and regulatory agencies.
