Associate

Daniel M. Geary is a graduate of University of Massachusetts Boston (B.A., magna cum laude, 2015) and University of New Hampshire School of Law (J.D., 2019). While in law school, Daniel worked for the UNH Law Criminal Clinic representing indigent clients throughout the state of New Hampshire in District and Superior Court.

Daniel also completed several internships, including a residency with the Quincy Public Defender’s Office where he worked as a Rule 3:03 Student Practitioner.

Prior to joining Foster & Eldridge, LLP, Daniel worked at firms in Springfield and Framingham, Massachusetts, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters including insurance defense, motor vehicle and premises liability, construction litigation, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death.
