Daetan B. Huck

Daetan B. Huck graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Near Eastern Languages as a Boren National Defense Scholar and Critical Language Scholar. Thereafter, he attended the City University of New York School of Law graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2014 with distinction as an Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps member.

Prior to joining Foster & Eldridge, LLP, Mr. Huck served as a criminal and civil defense attorney for eight years. Having also worked as a personal injury attorney, his experience spans psychiatric, constitutional, and tort law. He also volunteers in employment and housing matters. He has first chair experience in more than a dozen trials and six appeals.

Mr. Huck’s current area of practice is medical malpractice defense. Mr. Huck is admitted to practice in Washington, Oregon, and Utah with admission by motion pending in Massachusetts. He and his wife have recently moved to Massachusetts to be near to her family and are looking forward to this next chapter. He is passionate about using his diverse skill set to advance justice for his clients.
