Brandon Arey is a graduate of Saint Anselm College (B.A., cum laude 2011) and New England Law | Boston (J.D., cum laude 2016). While in law school, he served as the Executive Online Editor for the New England Law Review, overseeing all the Law Reviewâ€™s online content and online supplemental publication, On Remand. Mr. Arey received the Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award, as voted by the faculty of New England Law | Boston, as well as the New England Scholar Award and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the areas of Constitutional Law and Criminal Procedure. Mr. Arey also interned for the Honorable Peter M. Lauriat (Ret.), Massachusetts Superior Court at Suffolk County, and with Sunstein Kann Murphy & Timbers, LLP.
Mr. Areyâ€™s practice areas include medical malpractice defense and health care law; representation of medical, dental, and nursing professionals before licensing boards and regulatory agencies; personal injury; premises liability; and general liability litigation. Prior to joining Foster & Eldridge, LLP, Mr. Arey worked at a large Boston based insurance defense firm where he focused his practice on representing nursing homes and assisted living facilities in all civil matters, and general liability litigation including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, personal injury, and municipal liability.
Mr. Arey is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (2016); the State of Missouri (2017); and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts (2019). Mr. Arey is currently pending admission to the State of Maine.
