Siobhainin S. Funchion

Siobhainin S. Funchion is a graduate of State University of New York at Purchase (BA, magna cum laude 2007) and Pace University School of Law (2012). During law school, she worked full-time as a litigation paralegal focused on complex medical malpractice defense matters and participated in honors Appellate and Trial Advocacy classes and competitions. Prior to joining Foster & Eldridge LLP, Siobhan practiced law at a national law firm in New York with a focus in medical malpractice defense and general liability and labor law matters involving catastrophic damages. Her current areas of practice include medical malpractice, general liability and healthcare law. She also represents medical and nursing professionals before state licensing boards.

Siobhan is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (2012); State of New York (2013); Southern District Court of New York (2013) and U.S. District Court of Massachusetts (2020).
