Kelly R. Spencer

Kelly Spencer is a 1987 graduate of the University of Lowell, magna cum laude, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in History and English. She graduated with a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 1991. Prior to joining Foster & Eldridge and over the course of 30 years, Kelly practiced personal injury law representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants at three AV Preeminent rated law firms in Worcester and Lowell, Massachusetts. Her practice mainly included medical malpractice, motor vehicle torts, product liability, premises liability, slip and fall accident, constructions accidents, dog bite injuries, etc.

Ms. Spencer’s area of practice at Foster & Eldridge includes medical malpractice defense, representation of medical professionals before state licensing agencies, premises liability and general liability.

Ms. Spencer has received a BV Distinguished Peer Review Rating™ for High Professional Achievement for Ethical Standards and Professional Excellence from the international rating directory, Martindale-Hubbell®.

Ms. Spencer is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals 1st Circuit. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Worcester County Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. She is also a Life Fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation.
